Tarta cu smantana, sunca si oua

Tarta cu smantana, sunca si oua (felie)

Ingrediente:

300g aluat patiserie
6 oua
1 ceasca smantana
125 g costita
2 legaturi de patrunjel
sare, boia, piper
ulei

Se intinde aluatul intr-o forma rotunda unsa, cu diametrul de 30 cm. Se taie aluatul care depaseste marginile tavii si se preseaza usor ca sa adevere la fundul tavii.
Se bate smantana si se amesteca cu patrunjelul tocat fin, costita taiata fasii, doua oua batute si restul condimentelor. Se toarna smantana peste aluat, se coace in cuptorul preincalzit timp de 30 minute.
Restul de 4 oua se sparg cu 10 minute inainte de expirarea timpului si se pun deasupra tartei.
